The Pain of Rasuwa — Our Responsibility

The devastating floods of the Bhote Koshi River have left many families in Rasuwa facing unimaginable loss and suffering. Homes, roads, personal belongings, livelihoods, and loved ones have been lost, leaving affected communities in urgent need of support. Witnessing the devastation firsthand has been deeply heartbreaking.

This is the second day of our relief and service journey in Rasuwa. Since the beginning of our response, the Hosanna Sewakai Team has been reaching out to affected communities, standing alongside families in their time of greatest need, and providing essential relief and assistance.

However, the needs remain enormous, and there is still much work to be done. Families continue to need food assistance, clean drinking water, medical and healthcare support, sanitation supplies, emergency relief materials, and other essential necessities. Our team remains committed to serving affected communities and responding to these urgent needs.

We are not here simply to distribute relief materials. We are here to stand with families in their suffering, listen to their needs, and bring hope in the midst of uncertainty and loss.

This is not a time to simply stand and watch—it is a time to stand together and take action.
